Do you charge a call-out fee?
We'll tell you the call-out and hourly or fixed price on the phone before we dispatch anyone. You'll never get a bill with a figure you haven't already agreed to.
How fast can you get to me?
For genuine emergencies in central London we aim to be with you within a couple of hours. Non-urgent work is usually booked within a few days at a time that suits you.
Are your engineers registered?
Gas work is carried out only by appropriately registered engineers, and electrical work by qualified electricians. We're happy to show credentials on arrival — ask.
Do you work with landlords and agents?
Yes — a large share of our work is portfolio maintenance. We can hold keys, deal directly with tenants and invoice monthly. See maintenance contracts
What happens if something goes wrong afterwards?
