Managed end to end, so your home is usable again fast
Most kitchen and bathroom projects go wrong in the gaps between trades — the plumber waiting on the tiler waiting on the electrician. Because every trade is ours, there are no gaps to fall into.
- Design. Layout planning, supplier liaison and honest advice on where to spend.
- Strip-out. Removal, disposal and making good, including asbestos-aware surveys.
- First fix. Plumbing, waste runs, electrics, extraction and any structural work.
- Installation. Carcasses, worktops templated and fitted, sanitaryware and appliances.
- Tiling. Wall and floor tiling, waterproofing, wet rooms and splashbacks.
- Finishing. Second fix, sealing, decoration, a full clean and a snag walk-round.

Before you call
Can you fit a kitchen I've bought elsewhere?
Yes — we fit kitchens from any supplier. We'll check the plan and the delivery list before you order, because catching a missing filler panel at that stage saves a week later.
How long will we be without a kitchen or bathroom?
A typical bathroom is seven to ten working days; a kitchen two to three weeks. We'll give you a dated programme and, for bathrooms, we try to keep a working toilet available wherever the layout allows.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrics too?
Yes. That's the point of using us — one contract, one programme and nobody blaming another trade for the delay.
What if you find something behind the old units?
Old properties hide things — failed waste pipes, unsafe wiring, damp. We stop, photograph it, and quote the extra before doing anything. No work happens that you haven't approved in writing.
Do you offer design help?
We'll plan the layout, advise on what's realistic in the space and be honest about where money is well spent and where it isn't. For full design-led schemes we'll work alongside your designer.
