Overgrown garden clearance
Taken back to usable in a day or two, with everything removed.
Decking, fencing, patios, clearance and ongoing maintenance — outdoor space that adds value to the property rather than jobs to your list.

What we cover
A tidy, usable garden is one of the highest-return improvements on a London property — and one of the fastest things to look neglected. We handle both the building work and the keeping-on-top-of-it.
Common jobs
Taken back to usable in a day or two, with everything removed.
Framed, levelled and fixed so it doesn't bounce, cup or rot at the joists.
Old panels out, posts concreted in, and the line set straight.
Full mortar bed and a fall away from the house so it drains.
Patios, decking and driveways brought back, then sealed.
Cleared, repaired or replaced before the winter does it for you.
Questions
Yes. Green waste, old fence panels, rubble and shed timber are removed and disposed of legally, and that's priced into the quote unless it says otherwise. We're licensed waste carriers.
Softwood is cheapest and needs annual treatment. Hardwood looks best and lasts longest. Composite costs more up front and needs almost nothing afterwards. For a small London garden that gets little sun, composite usually wins on total cost.
Generally not for a replacement of the same height, but fences over 2m (or 1m adjoining a highway) may need planning permission, and boundary ownership matters. We'll flag anything that looks like it needs checking before we start.
Yes — fortnightly or monthly visits through the growing season, less over winter. It's a fixed monthly price and it's considerably cheaper than an annual rescue mission.
Clearance, fencing, guttering and jet-washing, yes. Concrete and mortar work depends on the temperature — we won't lay a patio in a frost and have it fail.
