What we cover
The jobs nobody enjoys, done properly
This is the least glamorous thing we do and often the most valuable. A property that shows badly rents for less and sits empty longer, and both of those cost more than the clean.

Before you call
Will the clean meet a letting agent's check-out standard?
That's the standard we work to. Tell us which agent and which inventory clerk, and we'll clean for that specification. If anything is queried at check-out, come back to us.
What happens to the items you clear?
Anything reusable goes to charity or reuse where we can, recyclables are separated, and the rest is disposed of legally. We're licensed waste carriers and can provide a waste transfer note.
Can you clear a property after a bereavement?
Yes, and we do it with care. We'll work to a list of what to keep, set aside anything of apparent personal or financial value for the family to review, and take our time. Just tell us what matters.
Do you clean occupied homes as well?
Yes — one-off deep cleans, spring cleans and post-renovation cleans in occupied properties are all fine. We don't offer regular weekly domestic cleaning.
